Problem: Task failures related to scanning plugins/themes, refreshing data, and staging tasks.
Cause: The associated domain/account was deleted in DirectAdmin but the instance remains in PanelAlpha.
Solution: Check that the account and domain are properly configured in DirectAdmin and ensure they match the instance in PanelAlpha.
